Electronic New Single -Family Residential Submittals
Coming in May 2020 the Pasco County Building Department will be accepting application package submittals for New Single-Family Residential permits electronically. We ask that you please work with us during this transition period. We have scheduled the following training sessions to clarify changes within the process with all of our customers. We strongly encourage you to pick one of the sessions below to join us for online training.

- Wednesday, April 29, 3:00pm – 4:30pm EST
- Thursday, April 30, 3:00pm – 4:30pm EST
