    Job Description
    • Support the Marketing Manager and provide day to day coordination of advertising and public relations campaigns focusing on all aspects of marketing new home communities.
    • Oversee and follow up with vendors to insure quality performance and timely delivery of all goods and services.
    • Coordinating media buys and traffic for on-line and print advertising including ad submittal and proof reading.
    • Update website
    • Manage photography and assets
    • Assist with coordination of all creative design requests and approvals with the advertising agency of record.
    • Assist with all digital media including; social media content, paid advertising campaigns and Google analytics.
    • Provide ongoing updates to community website content, MLS and SEO campaigns.
    • Inventory management and provision of collateral materials i. e. Brochures, Floor Plans, Handouts, signage  etc. for each community.
    • Assisting with coordination and attend all sales related events. Will require occasional weekends and evenings and travel to communities located in West Florida (from Lutz to Naples).
    • Assist with new sales office and models set up, and oversee ongoing maintenance to ensure customer ready condition.
    • Manage accounts
    • Film videos/photos at communities as needed
    • Assisting with Market Research, competitive shopping and producing reports.
    • Various administrative tasks as required including creating spreadsheets, submitting invoices for approval and payment, ordering office supplies, filing, preparing reports, meeting coordination and agendas.
    Support and learn new software as needed.
