We are looking for a Land Project Coordinator for our Tampa Division. It is a non-exempt, full time position. We are looking for someone that is early in their career. (Preferably someone with a degree in construction management, accounting or business management.) They need a high level of computer experience, especially with Excel spreadsheets and macros and a working knowledge of Microsoft Project Management. They will do a great deal in Excel with budgeting, reporting. They need to be a 4 or 5 in Excel expertise on a scale of 1-5. They should also understand the basics of accounting (debits, credits, budgeting). They will create and maintain budgets, pay vendors, run reports on the budgets, work with our risk management team regarding insurance requirements, work on contract change orders, among other duties.
