            • Councils & Committees

            • Councils and committees provide members the opportunity to foster leadership skills, deepen relationships, and gain exposure to industry leaders. With several councils and committees, there is something for everyone. We invite you to get involved.

            • Councils

              Councils are formalized groups within TBBA who provide distinct benefits to likeminded professionals working in closely related industry segments. Council members are required to pay additional dues.

            • Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) – 

              Composed of over 300 members comprised of sales and marketing professionals doing business in the Tampa Bay Area. Through educational programs and networking events, the SMC provides valuable tools for sales and marketing professionals, which result in a stronger and competitive homebuilding industry.

              Each event has a president-appointed chairperson to lead the planning committee through sponsorship recruitment, ticket sales, member engagement, and event planning.             • Governmental Affairs Committees

              Representing Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties, the TBBA governmental affairs committees influence policy by being a valuable resource for elected officials and staff. These leaders come together, with a unified voice to find solutions that are fair for the business community and residents of Tampa Bay.             • TBBA Board of Directors & Executive Committee

              The TBBA Board of Directors and Executive Committee are comprised of elected TBBA leaders who meet monthly to review the financial, operations, and strategic developments within TBBA. The Association is always actively recruiting individuals that are interested in leadership positions.               Finance Committee

              The TBBA Finance Committee is comprised of elected TBBA leaders who meet on a quarterly basis to review the financial investments and strategies of the Tampa Bay Builders Association. 

              Membership Committee

              The TBBA Membership Committee will be reforming in 2023 to engage member-to-member recruitment, retention efforts and enhance member opportunities across the Association.
