    You handle the trade partners and our sales team will handle the homeowner communication during the build.
     
    Our floor plans are designed with simplicity in mind. No custom options.
     
    All homes are 3,000 square feet or less and we build very few 2-story homes.
     
    We have an established trade base and pay our contractors faster than anyone else.
     
    We include a 10-year structural warranty and full-time team to handle post-closing concerns.
     
     
     
    Construction experience is preferred but not required. If you’re ambitious and coachable, we'll show you the ropes through our hands-on paid training program.

    Skills & Attributes
     
    We’re seeking New Home Superintendents to join our construction management team. Our Superintendents oversee the construction of new homes and ensure high-quality service to our clients by performing the following duties:
     
    • Providing friendly, professional communication with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and Adams Homes team members
     
    • Exhibiting high attention to detail and organizational skills
     
    • Following the construction scheduling process proficiently
     
    • Daily visit job sites to inspect quality, monitor schedules, and provide any necessary guidance to ensure homes are completed on time and in accordance with our quality standards

  • ASSOCIATE/BUILDER PAC DISCLOSURE

    Dues payments to the       Tampa Bay Builders Association       are NOT tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Your dues for annual membership to the Tampa Bay Builders Association include $115 for membership in the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and $198 for membership in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). A portion of your 2022 dues to the FHBA is used for lobbying and is not deductible for tax purposes. The non-deductible portion of your 2022 FHBA dues is 37% and the non-deductible portion of your 2022 NAHB dues is 18%.

    $10.00 of your dues for membership in the Florida Home Builders Association and $10.00 of your dues for Tampa Bay Builders Association  is allocated to the Florida Home Builders Political Action Committees. This portion of your dues is not tax deductible as a business expense.

    This allocation is optional.  If you do not want any of your dues allocated to FHBA Political Action Committee, please indicate so and this allocation will be retained in FHBA operating funds.

    ***Please indicate on your membership application or dues renewal if you do NOT want to contribute to the Political Action Committees.
