    Job Description

    Tampa/Central Florida – We are looking for a salesperson to generate and manage current Tampa and Central Florida accounts. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with customers, managing their orders and ensuring they are completed on time.

    Construction industry experience and industry contacts are a bonus. Experience can come from the supply side, or construction side, or real estate development world. You will initially be selling decorative street signs and cluster mailboxes. This will grow into lighting and other complimentary products.

    Must be fearless when making cold calls, networking, entertaining, and generating new business.

    Must be proficient on a computer. A working knowledge of a CRM is a plus since a primary job function will be maintaining relationships and follow-ups. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are required.

    Will need to be willing to learn our product installation process and our overall commitment to quality.

    Communication skills, a great attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to see a project through are essential as well.

    Will report to and strategize directly with our local team in Tampa along with the CEO and CFO in Dallas, Texas.

    · Meet and exceed sales targets

    · Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

    · Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

    · Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

    · Check jobsites and ensure product installations meet our standard.



    · 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience

    · Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

    · Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills
