Sutton Contracting is a general contractor focusing on the installation of exterior vapor barriers and decking on residential and commercial projects. The vapor barrier products range from house wrap, siding, flashing and other water proofing systems. We offer a wide variety of house wrap brands such as DuPont Tyvek, Typar, Fortifiber Weathersmart, GreenGuard, and Dow Weathermate installed per manufacturer's specifications, using mechanical button cap fasteners and UV resistant seam tape. We also offer several different siding options, colors and styles from James Hardie, CertainTeed, Georgia-Pacific, SmartSide, Menards and more.
