  • Top 5 Reasons
    1. Unified Industry Voice – As regulatory activities routinely challenge homebuilders’ businesses, TBBA is committed to working with local, state, and national regulatory authorities to ensure policies and processes are not duplicative, contradictory or punitive in nature. As a collective voice, TBBA works closely to leverage relationships with local municipalities providing direction and insight on behalf of the homebuilding industry.
    2. Develop Relationships and Become an Industry Leader – TBBA offers you a wide range of networking opportunities to build strong, long-lasting relationships. Becoming active on councils and committees boosts your visibility within the industry while shaping the future of homebuilding throughout the Tampa Bay, Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough areas.
    3. Stay Competitive – Staying up to date with vital industry information is the best way to stay competitive. TBBA informs members on breaking industry news, regulatory updates, and pertinent county information. The organization offers all members specialty educational opportunities throughout the year including economic forecasts, lunch & learn sessions, and code reports.
    4. Add value to your company –  Members find extraordinary value with offers and recognition exclusive to TBBA members. Award ceremonies, including the Parade of Homes and the Awards of Excellence, provide exposure both within the association and community. Added value can also be found by taking advantage of deep discounts offered to members of TBBA, FHBA and NAHB.
    5. 3-in-1 membership - When you join the TBBA, you’re automatically a member of the Florida Home Builders Association — the FHBA — and the National Association of Home Builders — the NAHB. That means there are three organizations advocating to support your business and defend it from harmful regulatory or legislative changes.
