      RVi provides Land Planning, Entitlements and Landscape Architecture services to residential developers across Florida and the country.

      With nine offices across five states, our purpose is to inspire people to be outside and engage in the community around them. As planners and landscape architects, we embrace every opportunity to advance this mission by creating memorable and engaging outdoor experiences.

      Founded in 1982, RVi has grown into a national firm with a broad range of project experience that inspires our team to think creatively. We approach each new opportunity with an adventurous spirit, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to consistently raise the bar for our clients and for the communities we serve.

    • ASSOCIATE/BUILDER PAC DISCLOSURE

      Dues payments to the       Tampa Bay Builders Association       are NOT tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Your dues for annual membership to the Tampa Bay Builders Association include $115 for membership in the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and $198 for membership in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). A portion of your 2022 dues to the FHBA is used for lobbying and is not deductible for tax purposes. The non-deductible portion of your 2022 FHBA dues is 37% and the non-deductible portion of your 2022 NAHB dues is 18%.

      $10.00 of your dues for membership in the Florida Home Builders Association and $10.00 of your dues for Tampa Bay Builders Association  is allocated to the Florida Home Builders Political Action Committees. This portion of your dues is not tax deductible as a business expense.

      This allocation is optional.  If you do not want any of your dues allocated to FHBA Political Action Committee, please indicate so and this allocation will be retained in FHBA operating funds.

      ***Please indicate on your membership application or dues renewal if you do NOT want to contribute to the Political Action Committees.
